RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to love your new Gina Cueto Jewelry. If you are not happy with your order, we will gladly accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 7 days of the receipt of your order.
Please note: Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the total amount paid on returns from our charity events, because a percentage of those sales are donated. Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and the items have to be in the original state it was received.
Returns and exchanges may only be processed by mail.
Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, pouches.
All sale items, personalized styles and custom orders are FINAL SALE and may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please take extra care when packing the jewelry to ensure it will not be damaged in transit. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are damaged or have been used.
RETURNING A GIFT?
If you receive a Gina Cueto Jewelry piece as a gift and would like to return it, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your gift. We’ll be happy to issue store credit equal to the amount paid.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
Ship orders for return or exchange to the address listed below. Kindly ensure items are shipped in the original packaging and in a shipping box to avoid damage. (Sending the jewelry in an envelope may damage the item and we will not be able to accept the return). We recommend using a trackable method with a signature required since we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
