To check the status of your order please email info@ginacueto.com. Please include your order number and a customer service representative will get back to you with a status update within 24 hours, Monday - Friday. 

Once an order has been placed, it may be cancelled at any time before your item has shipped. Please email info@ginacueto.com with your order number in the subject line. Should your order ship before we receive your request, the order can no longer be cancelled. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for order cancelled once they have been shipped.

All custom made orders can not be cancelled once production has started.
