To check the status of your order please email email@example.com. Please include your order number and a customer service representative will get back to you with a status update within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.
Once an order has been placed it may be cancelled at any time before your item has shipped. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line. Should your order ship before we receive your request, the order can no longer be cancelled. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for order cancelled once they have been shipped.
All orders shipped within the state of Florida will be charged the current tax rate. All orders shipped outside the state of Florida or internationally will not be charged sales tax.
